GENERAL

Students and parent acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks with training type of training and hereby agree to assume all risks. I further relieve the school, its management, assigned staff and fellow students from any liability resulting from loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury.

MARKETING & PROMOTION

From time to time images and videos may be taken of class and events to which I agree the club can use for promotional purposes indefinitely. If I do not wish for my or my child’s image to be used then I will contact the club owner.

HEALTH & SAFETY

I understand Martial Arts is a contact activity there is a degree of risk of injury during training as well as close body contact at times. I hereby agree to follow the instructions of management, instructors and staff assuming all inherent risk associated with my, or my child(s) participation in this type of training I also hereby state that myself or my child is physically fit and that I or my child have/has no medical conditions or injuries that would preclude me from taking up the prescribed course of instruction and I am doing so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed upon fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

All data is held securely, and will not be shared for advertising purposes or for any other reason, but should you object to having your name and address stored in this way please inform our office and we will remove your entry. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

We reserve the right to remove from a class, course, or event any person that is unable or unwilling to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the satisfactory operation of the event or instructor. In this event we will make no refund, nor be liable to pay any compensation, and any additional travel costs involved in returning home are your own responsibility.

COURSE CONTENT

All course content is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of the school. No recording (including but not limited to audio, video recording and still camera photos) or duplication of the material is permitted without express permission.

PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE

They are attending the course and understand that they have the choice whether or not to participate in activities, role plays, examples, exercises, drills or any other part of the course/event. The instructor and management takes all possible precautions to ensure the safety of all attendees/participants, attendees/participants acknowledge that participation is completely at their own risk and neither Instructors, Associates, Facilitators or agents can be held in any way responsible for, and are therefore completely indemnified against, any injury or damage to yourself or property while attending any Course, Workshop, Training or Event of any type. It is recommended that you consult with a physician before participating in any form of exercise or exercise program.
